Anders Lasater, AIA

Anders Lasater is responsible for managing the design process and coordinating with each design consultant, ensuring the design is fully integrated while meeting the budget.  His extensive experience with hotels, restaurants, and boutique service and retail projects ensures that each project will meet Client needs while providing sustainable and cutting edge design solutions.

Mr. Lasater is president of ALA Hospitality and its parent company Anders Lasater Architects, Inc.  He is  a licensed architect in the states of California, Hawaii, and Texas and has over 25 years experience in the field of architecture.  Having designed and managed projects from coastal Orange County and Palm Springs, the mountain resorts of California, and the Big Island of Hawaii, he is committed to providing world class design solutions and customer service to match.

Mr. Lasater holds a Masters of Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor of Architecture, cum laude,  from Cal Poly Pomona.  He is a licensed architect in the states of California, Hawaii, and Texas, a member of the Board of Directors for the American Institute of Architects, and a Certified Green Building Professional.

David Landells

Mr. Landells is a design consultant and project manager at Anders Lasater Architects, and has over 15 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction and has worked with some of the most prominent firms in California, including LPA, Fluor Corporation, and Mark Singer Architects.  Mr. Landells is also a design instructor at California State University, Long Beach.  Mr. Landells holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly Pomona.

Brandon Herbst

Mr. Herbst  is a designer at Anders Lasater Architects, and recently finished his 5th year of architecture school at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
