ALA Hospitality is responsible for managing the design process and coordinating with each design consultant, ensuring the design is fully integrated while meeting the budget. Our extensive experience with hotels, restaurants, and boutique service and retail projects ensures that each project will meet Client needs while providing sustainable and cutting edge design solutions.
The Hospitality Studio – Project Management
Leslie LeBon is responsible for overseeing the entire project from the beginning to (re)opening. Working closely with the client, she coordinates and manages all consultants, schedules, and budgets ensuring the project meets each milestone. She is personally committed to high quality service and achieving client satisfaction through every phase of the project.
Ms. LeBon is the Principal and owner of The Hospitality Studio and a partner with ALA Hospitality. She is a licensed architect and has over twenty five years of experience directing and managing teams of professionals and projects ranging from under $100K to well over $300M. Her extensive experience with The Ritz Carlton hotels and Marriott and Hilton Grand Vacation Clubs, and restaurants coupled with an MBA provides each client with a well-managed and artfully designed hotel or restaurant project.
